DZL type chain grate boiler is a horizontal three-return water-fire tube mixed boiler, in which a bundle of threaded tobacco pipes is arranged. A light pipe water cooling wall is installed on the left and right sides of the furnace. It adopts light chain grate to realize mechanical coal feeding, equipped with blower and induced draft fan for mechanical ventilation, and equipped with scraper type slag discharging machine to realize automatic slag discharging. The front and rear arches of the furnace adopt a new energy-saving technology furnace arch. The fuel falls from the coal hopper to the grate, and after entering the furnace, the flame is refracted upwards and then turned to the front smoke box through the combustion chambers on both sides of the body, and then the front smoke box is folded back into the inner tube bundle, and the rear smoke box is passed. Enter the economizer, then draw by the induced draft fan through the flue to the chimney to the atmosphere.
